1. Service Overview This service provides a custom beat tailored to your vision. Starting Price: $199.99. What’s Included: High-quality WAV, MP3, and stem files. Up to 2 free revisions. Delivery within 7–14 business days. 2. Booking Window Early Bookings: Clients may book up to 60 days in advance to secure their desired delivery date. Late Bookings: Bookings must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance. Requests with less notice may require approval and a rush fee.​ 3. Additional Options and Fees Optional upgrades are available for an additional fee (invoiced separately): Exclusive Rights: Full usage rights, ensuring the beat is removed from all catalogs (+$300). Rush Delivery: Completion within 5 business days (+$50). Additional Revisions: Beyond the 2 free revisions (+$25 per revision). 4. Payment and Invoicing Full Payment: Required before work begins. Additional Fees: Invoiced separately and must be paid before final delivery. 5. Delivery Standard Delivery: Completed within 7–14 business days. Rush Delivery: Orders with rush fees will be delivered within 5 business days. Revision Delivery: Revision requests add up to 5 business days to the expected delivery. 6. Refund and Cancellation Policy Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellations: Allowed within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations will incur a $25 fee. Rescheduling: Allowed once at no cost if requested 72 hours before the agreed completion date. Requests made less than 72 hours prior may not be accepted. 7. Ownership and Usage Rights Non-Exclusive Beats: Sold under an unlimited non-exclusive license; proper credit is required (e.g., "Produced by Real Composition"). Exclusive Beats: Grants full usage rights and removes the beat from catalogs. Reselling or transferring is prohibited. 8. Communication A rough draft will be shared for approval before finalizing. Response time for inquiries is typically 24–48 hours. 9. Client Responsibilities To ensure the best results, clients must: Provide a clear, detailed brief, including references, preferred genre, tempo, and mood.
