Cancellation Policy

1. Service Overview This service provides exclusive verses and hooks tailored to your song’s theme. Base Service: Exclusive Hook Creation Starting Price: $125 Includes high-quality WAV/MP3 files of the hook Delivery within 5–7 business days 2. Additional Options and Fees Optional upgrades are available (invoiced separately): Exclusive Verse Add-On: $75 Delivered within 5–7 business days after hook approval Rush Delivery: Delivery within 3 business days (+$50) Additional Revisions: Beyond the 2 free revisions (+$25 per revision) 3. Booking Window Early Bookings: Clients may book up to 60 days in advance while 30 days in advance require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling for early bookings must be requested at least 7 days before the original start date. Late Bookings: Bookings must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance. 4. Payment and Invoicing Full Payment: Required at booking for the base service Additional Fees: Any add-ons (verse, rush delivery, revisions) will be invoiced separately and must be paid before final delivery 5. Delivery Standard Delivery: Hook delivered within 5–7 business days Verse Delivery: Delivered within 5–7 business days after hook approval File Format: WAV and MP3 files 6. Refund and Cancellation Policy Non-Refundable: Payments are non-refundable once work has begun Partial Refunds: Available only if the project cannot be completed on our end Cancellations: Allowed within 48 hours of booking for a full refund After 48 hours, cancellations incur a $25 fee Rescheduling: Allowed once at no cost if requested 72 hours before the agreed delivery date Early bookings must provide 7 days’ notice for rescheduling 7. Ownership and Usage Rights Exclusive Use: Clients receive exclusive rights for commercial use, but proper credit is required (e.g., “Featuring s2 Nati”) Songwriting Credits: Retained by Solmario N. Ansay 8. Communication A confirmation email will finalize project details A rough draft of the hook will be shared for approval before finalizing Response time for inquiries is typically 24–48 hours 9. Client Responsibilities To ensure the best results, clients must: Provide a clear, detailed brief, including references, theme, and tone Offer timely feedback during the revision process to avoid delays Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
